At Jolliboo, Refunds and Returns will be processed within 30 days from the date of order receipt.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
At Jolliboo, we take pride in offering blankets that are customised to match the exact face of your kids. Because of this, our items are made-to-order. Once a purchase is made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change-of-mind purchases.

Sizing Policy
We understand that shopping online can be challenging without trying it on first. That’s why we take great care to provide clear, detailed product descriptions, to help ensure accuracy and confidence in your choice.
Please note:
1. All items are made according to the standard size you select at checkout. Please review the size and compare your bed measurements carefully before placing your order.
2. If the item feels too big or small but matches the size chart, it is not considered a defect.
3. If you believe the sizing is significantly off from what’s listed, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos and a short explanation.
We accept returns ONLY for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong style). Minor issues such as small loose threads or slight marks are not considered defects.
Our quality guarantee covers manufacturing defects. Please follow the included care instructions to ensure long-lasting prints.

Eligible Returns
We only accept returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong style). Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package and no later than 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a return.
To ensure transparency and protect both parties, each item is carefully inspected and recorded with photos by our team before being packed and shipped. We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. To help us resolve any potential issues quickly and fairly, we require customers to record a video while opening the package.

Exchange Policy
Our exchange policy applies only to cases where customers wish to exchange an item for a different size or design after receiving the correct order. Since all items are made to order and carefully inspected before shipping, we encourage customers to review size charts and product details before completing their purchase.
If you wish to proceed with an exchange, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact our Customer Support Team within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photos of the package label and the item in its original condition.
2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the official return address and further instructions.
3. Return and reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additional charges may apply if you wish to exchange for a design of a different price.
Important: Please do not return items to the address shown on your original shipping label. This is a third-party warehouse, and any unauthorized returns sent there will be automatically discarded. We are not responsible for lost, misrouted, or unapproved returns.
Cancellations
1. Your order may be cancelled by us due to unexpected reasons such as:
- Invalid Card Owner Identity
- Website System Errors
2. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at support@jolliboo.com within 4 hours after placing the order. We may assist with the following:
- Remove duplicate items
- Increase item quantity
- Update your shipping address
- Update your email address
- Upgrade shipping option
3. Cancel your order: If you wish to cancel an order between 4 and 24 hours after payment, a 70% refund will be issued. This is due to items being made-to-order, and production (printing and sizing) may have already commenced.
The refund will be processed within 24 hours after your cancellation request is confirmed, and approved by both sides.
**Once your order has been processed and shipped, change or cancellation requests cannot be applied.
Post-Purchase Offer Refunds
Jolliboo will refund for post-purchase offers only if they are eligible within 2 hours of order placement.
After this window, all items — including those added through special offers — will be processed and shipped as part of your full order. At that point, our standard return policy will apply.
Please note:
1. The extra item may appear identical to your original purchase (same size and design), but it is a separate, discounted item you accepted after checkout.
2. This item is not a duplicate or error, but a bonus item offered as part of a limited-time promotion.
3. Once the item is fulfilled or shipped, it is non-refundable. If you did not intend to purchase the extra (discounted) item(s), please contact us within 1–2 hours to request a refund for that item only (your original order will remain unaffected).
Unidentified Returns
All return packages must be clearly labelled with your order number and customer name.
Please note:
1. Returns that are not pre-approved or do not include proper identification may be rejected.
2. Any unidentified or unauthorized return received will be held for a maximum of 3 days from the arrival date. If we are unable to verify the return within this period, the item may be discarded without further notice, at Jolliboo’s discretion.
